Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery


Products – Estimated Delivery Date/Time will be available during the checkout page or order status email within 24 hours. We dispatch orders within the same business day (Cut-off time 07:00 PM IST). You may contact support@micromini.in for more information with the Order number.
Services– Delivery of services will be confirmed to your registered email ID within 8 hours. For any issue, you may contact support@micromini.in with the order number.
Card/Codes/Vouchers– Codes will be delivered electronically to your registered email. You may contact support@micromini.in for more information with the Order number.

Return & Refund
Once delivering your order there are absolutely no return/refunds. The delivered product (Covered under Manufacturer Warranty) is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition, if your delivered product is not in working condition, email support@micromini.in within 24 hours of delivery for Brand Warranty information. Buyer must contact Manufacturer’s support/Service Center with Invoice for replacement/repair.
In the case that your delivered product is not as described, a full refund will be issued for the full purchase amount only after post validating necessary information from the manufacturer. A reverse pickup will be arranged by us for a smooth return process (If applicable).

*Any Prepaid Game/Gift Card redeemed post-delivery will not be applicable for return/refund under any circumstance.

Cancellation
For Cancellations, please cancel your order before dispatch from the “my account” page or contact  support@micromini.in to cancel the order.
Order with “On hold” status will be canceled automatically after 48 hours.
Pre-Order Cancellation – We won’t be able to cancel Pre-Order Product(s).
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious order(s).

Refund on Cancellation – Any refund requested by the customer will attract 10% Penalty.
